Many tiny actions = One big life

Imagine you’re on a plane from Sydney to Melbourne. If the pilot decides to adjust its course by a few degrees out to the west, the plane’s nose would move a few metres.

This tiny change is enough to have you end up in Adelaide. Or even Perth.

Our lives are comprised of many decisions and actions.  Many of these are ones we do in “autopilot”.  The ones we do without even thinking.  How we see ourselves - our identity - result from what we have a track record of doing.

This interview with James Clear, author of best-selling book “Atomic Habits”, will challenge (and more importantly, encourage) you to carve the path to your best life by starting small. You’ll also get a fresh perspective on why over the long term, becoming someone weighs more than achieving something.
